Premium ticket

15,000 yen (with privilege/priority admission/numbered seating/tax included)

Premium Ticket Special goods
Acrylic Stand with key visual postcard (with KMNZ's autograph message)

Standard Ticket

7,000 yen (numbered/tax included)

※One drink fee is required at the door.
※Preschool children are not allowed to enter.

Application limit

Premium ticket：Up to 2 tickets per person
Standard ticket：Up to 4 tickets per person

Regarding Premium Ticket Special goods

・A special goods redemption counter will be set up inside the venue starting at the beginning of merchandise sales.
・One special goods will be provided per redemption ticket.
・Redemption tickets will be issued simultaneously with ticket issuance.
・Special goods redemption will also be available after the performance ends.
・As this is an “attendance-based bonus,” we cannot ship special goods to customers who are unable to attend. Please understand this in advance.

Regarding the order of entry

On the day of the event, we plan to guide attendees in the following order.

②General Premium Ticket
③Advance Standard Ticket
④General Standard Ticket

Merchandise Information

Merchandise sales will be available at the venue on the day of the performance.
Please read the following notes carefully before visiting if you plan to make a purchase.

Pre-opening sales: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM (Numbered ticket distribution period)

During opening hours: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Post-performance sales: Approximately 30 minutes after the show ends

*Customers without tickets may purchase merchandise during any of these times.

※Please note that merchandise quantities are limited.
※Purchase limits may be imposed on certain items without prior notice on the day of the performance.
※ Sales will end once the prepared stock is depleted.
※ Returns or exchanges are not accepted except for defective items. Please confirm the purchased item, size, quantity, etc., at the sales counter before purchasing.
※ Defective items can only be exchanged within the merchandise sales hours on the day of the event, at the merchandise area. Please open and inspect the contents immediately after receiving your item.
※Please note that when exchanging defective items, you cannot select the design for random merchandise.
※Please verify your purchased items and transaction details immediately at the point of sale. We cannot accommodate requests for change, transaction corrections, or returns/exchanges after you have left the area.
※Please be advised that failure to follow staff instructions at the venue may result in removal from the premises or a ban on entry.
※Cannot be combined with cash payments.
※Once payment is processed, you cannot cancel the transaction and re-pay using a different payment method.
※Please confirm your desired payment method before proceeding with the payment process.
※Credit card payments must be made in a single transaction.
※Credit card payments may be unavailable due to terminal signal conditions on the day. In such cases, only cash payments will be accepted. Please be advised.

Regarding gifts and letters

Please place any gifts or letters for KMNZ on the day into the gift box provided at the venue.
Regarding gifts and letters, our staff will inspect the contents.
Additionally, items falling under the following categories cannot be accepted as gifts.

・Gift cards and other monetary vouchers, including cash
・Live animals, perishable items (including fresh flowers)
・Food and beverages
・Opened items/used items ・Items containing personal information (username is acceptable)
・Other items deemed unacceptable for storage by management
